How secure is it?

How much does it cost?
OccHealth Marketplace is subscription and membership free. Providers can list free of charge. Requesters can post free of charge. A small Platform Fee (10% or less) will be charged to each party on completion of the service. Staunch Technology will clearly display the estimated Platform Fee at the time of confirmation.
How does payment work?
Staunch Technology offers a single point of contact to reduce administrative burden for our Requesters and Providers. At the completion of the service, Staunch will invoice the Requester for the service and the Platform Fee. The Provider will be paid their service fee less the Platform Fee within 7 days of payment by the Requester. The payment timeline will be known to the Provider at the time of making an offer.
Who can use it?
Service providers who provide any of the listed services can apply to list on OHM. Once insurances, registrations or other applicable certifications are confirmed by Staunch Technology they can respond to requests.
Requesters (employers, insurers, brokers, providers) with an approved payment source can post a request and respond to offers.

Can I choose who I work with?
Yes. That’s the purpose of an open marketplace rather than a single provider, private group of companies or affiliate network. Providers can choose which requests they want to respond to, and Requesters can choose which provider offer they want to accept. The choice is always yours.
What if I don’t like it?
There is no commitment so you can stop at any time. Of course, we would rather you tell us what you don’t like so we can continue to improve the OccHealth Marketplace.
